Washes Up Somewhere Else
Plastic Pollution Connects Us All
Replastic wants to connect communities across the world on the issue of Plastic. Plastic pollution affects us all, and it is only by building connections that we can tackle this global problem.
We want to show people how widespread plastic pollution is, and that no matter how far removed places are from eachother, they both experience plastic pollution in similar ways.
This August Replastic is putting on an exhibition to raise awareness of this issue. We are relying on amazing humans to help us forge connections between places by sending us washed up plastic found on their local beach.
Help us show how your local community is affected by taking part.
HOW TO TAKE PART
No matter where you are in the world, whether that is really near Replastic in Colchester, or on the other side of the world in Australia… we want to hear from you!
Help us build our collection by sending us as much washed up plastic from you local beach that can fit inside a normal 1 litre bottle. What you send us will be included in our collection of plastic from across the world, which we will be displaying in an art installation to raise awareness of microplastic.
If you would like to take part, or want to find out more about getting involved, please fill in our contact form at the bottom of the page, or click the contact us button below
